   These arch supports are great! I have had pain across the tops of my feet for years. X-rays showed “minor degenerative changes” with no offered solution. I have tried many pain creams with limited results. If one more person asks me if my shoes are tied too tight, I might smack them!!😂😂 I remember as a child my mother always bought us shoes with good arch supports, and I did not have flat feet. In desperation, I decided to try these arch supports in my shoes. The change has been amazing. I have bought various styles of arch supports from Temu and have been very happy as they cost a fraction of what I’ve found elsewhere.
