   this feels great! i can open it up to cover from my buttocks up to my shoulders for larger support area and lean back, or i can bunch it up to only support lower back area while i lean back. i had my hubby use it with his weight to see if it stayed on the door & it did. so, even though the part that goes on the top of the door seems very thin, it still held up to 170 lb weight tugging on it. i think i would feel safer if the ends had a metal U-shape hook to slide onto the door. will be putting a big cushion behind me just in the off chance a strap comes loose. love that you can adjust it for different exercises. great buy for the money. amazon might be losing our business if i keeep having great quality for the price here with TEMU!

   Absolutely LOVE this!! It’s so well constructed, heavy materials for the strapping and the fabric for the swing is very tough/durable. I currently weigh more than 250 pounds (after 2 babies) and I am 100% confident this will still hold me without breaking. Very very high quality construction. I am thrilled I ordered these 😊😊😊
